Ali, formerly a chef for Turkish Airlines and a restaurant owner, has honed skills in unique flavor creation. Ilyas, with experience at Celebrity Cruise Lines and owning a Mediterranean restaurant in Santa Rosa, was inspired by England’s traditional fish and chips during his travels. Together, they’ve brought a blend of English tradition and their culinary insights to California.
